Precautions during the experience
The contents can be enjoyed free of charge, but customers are responsible for communication charges incurred when using the contents.
Permission to access the camera is required to experience this content.
If contents do not proceed from loading, close all browser tabs, close all other apps being used, etc., and try again.

AR Photo Frame FAQ
Q1. Until when are the contents available?
You can enjoy contents through 11:59 AM on 9.30(Mon), 2024.
Q2. How many types of frames are available?
There are 7 types of frames, 1 type of face part, and 20 types of stamps. Combine and enjoy!
Q3. The face part does not respond. What should I do?
If the surrounding environment is extremely bright or dark, or if you are wearing a mask, etc., your face may not be recognized and contents may not respond. Please try again in a moderately bright environment with your face in front of the camera and select the face part again, or restart your browser.
Q4. The images taken are not saved.
After pressing the shoot button, tap and hold the image that appears on the screen to save it. Images will not be automatically saved to your device.
Q5. The camera does not start.
Please make sure there is permission to access the camera.
Q6. The camera goes dark.
Please close all browser tabs, close all other applications being used, etc., and try again.
Q7. The face part becomes skewed or small. What should I do?
If a face is displaced too far from the screen or off-screen during face recognition, the face may not be recognized properly and not be displayed correctly. Please select the face part again and try again.
Q8. I want to shoot with the screen made horizontal, but it doesn’t work.
It does not support shooting horizontally. Please enjoy contents with the screen made vertical.
Q9. After entering text, I want to change the wording and color. How can I do this?
Once entered, the text cannot be edited. Delete the text to re-enter and change the color.
